Due to the current recession and so called ‘ Credit Crunch’ many people, due to no fault of their own, are finding themselves with impaired credit scores on Experian or Equifax – the two main credit profiling systems in use in the UK. This is generally for missed or delayed payments to loans, credit cards and other agreements.
If this is your situation then don’t necessarily assume you will be unable to make applications for a new Mortgage or Loan. We have a number of lenders who are sympathetic to these situations and will offer ‘credit repair ‘ mortgages to allow you to acquire your property. In general terms, a 12-month record of satisfactory payment will reverse any adverse notes on your credit file. |
