Provided you can demonstrate solid experience and the business is trading profitability with accounts available then we can normally assist with a facility to 80% of the confirmed business valuation (MV1) or 100% of purchase price whichever is the lower amount.
If you are looking to secure a Commercial Mortgage for an investment property such as an office, retail outlet or workshop / warehouse then a loan of circa 75% LTV should be available. It will be necessary to demonstrate a the rental yield on the property and properties with good tenants already in place will be treated more favourably from an underwriting perspective.
